About the Event
Join us on Thursday, June 26th at 20:00 - 21:30 (Jerusalem time) for an online workshop led by TINAU Arabic teacher, Kim Ibrahim, to learn Arabic chants and slogans used in Palestine solidarity demonstrations.
Together, we’ll go over each slogan in Arabic, learn its pronunciation and meaning, and discuss the historical and political context behind the words.
This workshop will be facilitated in English and is open to everyone, anywhere—no prior knowledge of Arabic is required. You can join on your own or together with friends turning it into a hybrid experience.
The workshop is donation based - funds will go to covering costs and to the TINAU scholarship fund: mrng.to/C3QqgGuWrj
