Cocktail Workshop in Light Hebrew

This will be an experiential and enriching cocktail workshop, during which we will get to know the world of mixed drinks, and then learn and practice various techniques for preparing cocktails in different styles. Each participant will have the opportunity to prepare a cocktail from start to finish, using professional bar equipment and with personal guidance. All in accessible Hebrew!

Amir Shani is a long-time TINAU community member, a mixologist with many years of experience in the restaurant and bar world, and the owner of a mobile cocktail bar business for events. He mixes drinks using seasonal ingredients with precise flavors. * The workshop will be in accessible Hebrew and open to those with at least an intermediate level of Hebrew.
