About the Event
Join TINAU and All That's Left on Friday 2 June, for a "Birthleft" tour of Yaffa led by Yara Shahine Gharable, a local Palestinian from Yaffa and Arabic teacher at TINAU.
This walking tour will focus on the history of Yaffa pre-1948, the effect the Nakba had on Palestinian residents, as well as current life in Yaffa, from gentrification, demographics and community resilience. If you’re interested in really engaging with the history and current realities on the ground, this tour is for you!
The tour will be in English and costs between 50-100 NIS. You can pay in cash or via QR code on the tour.
