This course is here and now to give you tools of self expression while using elements from the mindfulness technique to allow you self expression in Hebrew while minding where each and every one of us is in the world right now from where you are physically, emotionally and politically. This method is a political tool of self care while learning to listen in Hebrew to the stories that are surrounding us. In every session we will practice a different method that involves the “here and now” and through it each student will practice a different style of writing in the spirit of that technique. join us on this beautiful journey. This is a course that seeks to integrate mindfulness, imagination, and creative writing in high Hebrew. This course is for all of us in the here and now who are interested in forms of self-expression in Hebrew, while taking into consideration our physicality, emotions, and political realities. This course is a political tool of self-card that also will utilise active listening to the stories and realities that surround us. In every session, we will practise different methods that centre us in the “here and now” by practicing a different writing style that embodies the learned technique.
