*This course will be a combination of in-person (Sunday) and online lessons (Tuesday).* TINAU’s beginner’s Arabic course will allow you to build a solid understanding of the Arabic language, practice-relevant vocabulary for daily life interactions and gain deeper knowledge of Palestinian society, culture and politics along the way. This course is conversational, but you will also study Arabic reading and writing. And as for speaking: you'll learn the Palestinian dialect (Amia) meaning you'll be ready to go ahead and engage with your surroundings in Arabic! Our classes are based on the principle of immersion, meaning we'll stick to Arabic in class as much as possible- but if we need to explain in a different language, our go-to-language is English to accommodate the diversity of backgrounds among our students. Learning outcomes: - Basics of spoken Arabic as well as reading and writing Arabic script. - Basic words and grammar for daily conversations in social and professional settings. - Practice relevant vocabulary for daily life interactions whilst gaining deeper knowledge of Palestinian society, culture and politics. *** Early Bird Price Starts at - 2100 NIS - Until 16/06 Regular Price - 2300 NIS - Until 07/07 Late Price - 2500 NIS - Until first lesson of the course ____ * בקורס זה יתקיימו לסירוגין שיעורים פיזים בכיתה בימי ראשון ושיעורי זום בימי שלישי* קורס הערבית למתחילים/ות בכזל"א מקנה יסודות הכרחיים להבנת השפה הערבית. במהלך הקורס נבסס אוצר מילים שרלוונטי לאינטראקציות בחיי היום יום, תוך כדי רכישת ידע אודות החברה, התרבות והפוליטיקה הפלסטינית. הקורס מבוסס על שיחות ושיפור יכולת הדיבור בניב הפלסטיני, אך אנו נלמד גם קריאה וכתיבה בערבית. העקרון המנחה את השיעורים הוא "עקרון הטבילה" שמשמעותו שימוש רב ככל הניתן בשפה הנלמדת, אך במידה ויעלה צורך להסביר בשפה אחרת, השפה שבה נעשה זאת היא אנגלית, על מנת להתאים למגוון בקרב תלמידינו. ידע נרכש: - יסודות השפה הערבית המדוברת וכן קריאה וכתיבה בערבית. - מילים וכללי דקדוק בסיסיים המתאימים לשיחות יומיומיות במסגרות חברתיות ומקצועיות. - תרגול אוצר מילים שרלוונטי לאינטראקציות בחיי היום יום, תוך רכישת ידע רחב יותר אודות החברה, התרבות והפוליטיקה הפלסטינית. *** מחיר הרשמה מוקדמת (עד 16/06) החל מ - 2100 ש"ח מחיר הרשמה מוקדמת (עד 07/07) החל מ - 2300 ש"ח מחיר הרשמה מוקדמת (עד התחילה קורס) החל מ - 2500 ש"ח עשינו שינוי קטן בשיטת התמחור שלנו. מעכשיו, כאשר תרכשו ותשלמו על קורס, תהיה לכן.ם את האופציה לתרום 100 ש״ח או 200 ש״ח מעבר לעלות הקורס. התוספת הזאת תהווה תרומה לקרן המלגות של כזל״א ולתמיכה בשעת חירום.

Cancellation Policy
Weekly courses: Up to seven working days before the course begins you can cancel upon paying 250 NIS cancellation fee. If you cancel within seven working days before the course begins till one day before the first lesson, you receive an 80% refund. If you cancel within one day before the first lesson till the second lesson of the course, you get a 40% refund. After the second lesson of the course, you are not eligible for a refund. Intensive Courses: If a student wishes to cancel their participation, they must notify This is Not an Ulpan by email within two weeks of registration and no less than seven working days before the course begins. We do not give refunds if not cancelled within this time frame. A fee of 200 NIS will be charged for any cancellation. Private lessons: A package of private lessons is valid for one year. After buying a package of private lessons, there will be no refund in case of cancellations. Notification of a cancelled or postponed lesson must be 24 hours before the time of the lesson. If notification of a cancelled or postponed lesson is given less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be charged in full. Sham Ze Lo Ulpan courses (organizations): A lot of administrative and pedagogical work goes into creating material and finding teachers for off-site, specialized courses. Thus, the cancellation policy is as follows: Two weeks before the course begins- no charge of cancellation. Within the two weeks prior to a course beginning- 20% fee upon cancellation. Once the course starts - full payment of course.
