Ready to take your Hebrew to the next level? Do you understand the majority of what your bus driver yells at you in the morning, but now you want to argue back? We’ve all been there. The course is intense (3 days a week for 4 weeks) so get ready for rapid improvement. Expect your speaking level to soar along with your knowledge of the verb tenses. We will ensure you are fully comfortable using the past tense in different verb groups, and work on the future tense, imperatives, and passive verbs. We will engage with complex materials to seriously improve your Hebrew reading and writing and help you to express your ideas, feelings and opinions. Throughout the course we'll learn about Israeli culture and society, including: different communities, current events and politics, popular culture, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the nuances of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and beyond. The course content is also flexible around the interests and needs of you, our students. This could include Hebrew for professional environments or getting help with beuracracy in Hebrew!
